We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our growing team. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems in a timely manner
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place and functioning properly
- Train staff on new technologies and systems as needed
- Document and maintain IT inventory and equipment records
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Experience with network troubleshooting and administration
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Group Policy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience working in a healthcare setting is a plus
