This role is hybrid, and all candidates must be located in Cincinnati, OH, or Minneapolis, MN.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop, maintain, and improve the interface between Sales, Engineering, and enabling functions, ensuring achievement of top-line targets and optimal usage of resources.
  • Provide Tier 1 end‑user support for desktops, laptops, printers, and general IT issues.
  • Perform onboarding and hardware deployment, including imaging machines, preparing systems, and shipping equipment to remote users.
  • Create, modify, and manage user accounts in Active Directory and Azure.
  • Track and maintain IT assets, including hardware lifecycle, inventory accuracy, and equipment returns.
  • Troubleshoot basic network and connectivity issues and escalate to senior team members when needed.
  • Document procedures, contribute to workflow improvements, and support the development of IT knowledge resources.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide input on process optimization and user experience enhancements.
  • Occasionally lift and move equipment up to approximately 50 pounds for short distances.
  • Learn and gain exposure to advanced technologies, including Linux HPC clusters, virtual server infrastructure, and broader networking concepts.

Required Skills:

  • Basic familiarity with Windows operating systems and common troubleshooting steps.
  • Understanding of Office 365 tools and administration.
  • Exposure to or basic knowledge of Windows Deployment Server (WDS) or similar imaging tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to following documented processes.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and skill development.
  • Strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Skills
