As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees and clients. You will be the first point of contact for any IT-related issues and will be responsible for troubleshooting, resolving technical problems, and providing guidance on the use of technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees and clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment
- Collaborate with IT team to implement new technology and systems
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments
- Document and maintain IT procedures and processes
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely resolution of technical issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Office, and other business applications
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
