FT / PT Status – Full-Time
Salary – $35.09 - $40.24 Hourly Wage
Remote Work / In-Office – This position will be hybrid, with mandatory two days in office time at the DWS Olene Walker Building (140 E 300 S SLC, UT) and other in office days as needed. Please note, a position's eligibility for telework is established by agency management and is subject to change at their discretion at any time and for any reason.

Key Responsibilities Do you have experience and knowledge as an application administrator? Have you worked with IBM Content Navigator, Tungsten Kofax, Oracle and MS SQL Databases, or other IBM products? Are you a self-starter, who is detail oriented, has the ability to learn quickly, create detailed documentation, and work flows? If so, this may be the position you are looking for. The Division of Technology Services (DTS) is looking for a hard working, motivated, and customer service minded Application Administrator to help administer Tungsten Kofax, IBM Content Navigator, setup and troubleshoot document scanners, and other products for the Department of Workforce Services (DWS). The chosen candidate will support the Department of Workforce Services (DWS) in all aspects of receiving, uploading, processing, and storing documents provided by customers. The maintenance, support, upgrade, and troubleshooting of the Kofax and Content Navigator applications, including database storage and interconnections, and scanner maintenance/troubleshooting, are critical to the mission and vision of DWS. Preference may be given to candidates with prior experience working for the State of Utah, and prior experience working directly with Kofax, Content Navigator, and relational database environments.
