Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair, and operation products, is searching for a Helpdesk Support Technician Tier 2 for our Columbus, OH location.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for addressing technology related issues for both internal and external customers.
- Providing exceptional support and issue resolution across the organization
- Installs, supports, and maintains the operation of the PC's, MSTARS, all peripherals, and applications for all end users.
- Uses helpdesk software that provides the means to document issues with all information pertinent to issue reporting and resolution.
Qualifications
- A+ and N+ Certifications or plan to achieve within 12 months.
- Experience in Windows 10 desktop administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Experience with Windows Active Directory administration, Microsoft Exchange User administration, client remote access solutions, and telecom administration.
- Ability to communicate with co-workers, supervisors, managers, sales representatives, other internal personnel, and outside vendors.
- Ability to handle contiguous calls for extended periods of time.

This role is on-site Monday - Friday, 1:00pm - 10:00pm
