This role is based in Somersworth, NH and supports a mission-driven healthcare organization providing integrated medical, dental, behavioral health, and community support services across the Seacoast region.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
Help Desk & User Support
Provide friendly and responsive technical support to end users via phone, email, and Electronic Health Record (EHR) requests
Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and connectivity issues
Document and track support requests through resolution
Prioritize issues and escalate more complex problems when appropriate
Assist users with software updates, password resets, and workstation support
Create user guides, help sheets, and FAQs to improve user experience
Perform follow-up communication to ensure issues are fully resolved
Hardware & Network Support
Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware and network systems
Support routers, switches, wireless devices, UPS systems, and workstation connectivity
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues proactively
Assist with hardware/software upgrades and equipment deployments
Maintain hardware inventory and documentation
Help support backups, disaster recovery efforts, and network security initiatives
Coordinate with external vendors and technology partners as needed
✅ What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
1–3 years of experience supporting computer hardware, operating systems, or network environments
Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic networking concepts
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree or technical certifications preferred
Experience with Cisco, Citrix, or healthcare environments is a plus

Location: Somersworth, NH
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Hours: Full-Time | 40 hours per week
