About the Role
Ready for a CO-OP position where you can apply your skills acquired in coursework into a real-world business setting? BISSELL is proactively looking for a paid, undergraduate student to join our Information Technology Services (ITS) team!
The individual in this role will serve as a vital team member within the ITS function, reporting to the Manager – Global Service Desk. The ITS CO-OP will perform a range of duties initiated primarily by the ITS service desk.

Responsibilities
- Communicate with our friendly end users in person, phone, video call, chat, and email
- Assist Associates with technology questions and troubleshooting
- Install desktop software and assist with the deployment of workstations
- Provide a fresh approach to investigating potential information technology solutions to improve business operations and collaboration
- Participate in other activities as requested

Qualifications
Applicants MUST be currently enrolled at an accredited, four-year university majoring in Computer Information Systems or a closely related field. Sophomore/junior level status preferred. The ITS CO-OP will work during BISSELL’s normal business hours with a pre-determined schedule that accommodates class schedules and coursework; working approximately 15-40 hours per week.
- 3.0 GPA or greater preferred
- Have ability to self-manage and deliver results in a timely manner
- Works effectively in a team with cross-functional members
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Shows continuous improvement and learning versatility
- Attention to detail and excellent computer skills and aptitude to learn new software applications
