The Opportunity
We’re seeking an IT Specialist to support and maintain our organization’s core information systems and infrastructure. In this role, you’ll ensure systems run efficiently, resolve technical issues, and provide support to users so they can work effectively.
What You’ll Work On
- Install, configure, and maintain information systems and related hardware
- Monitor system performance to ensure reliability and uptime
- Administer operating systems (e.g., UNIX, Windows/NT environments)
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and user issues in a timely manner
- Escalate complex technical problems to senior team members when needed
- Communicate effectively with end users to understand and address their needs
- Perform routine system updates, patches, and maintenance activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to support non-technical users
- Basic understanding of hardware, operating systems, and system configurations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience administering and maintaining IT systems (e.g., UNIX, Windows/NT)
- Experience with system monitoring tools and performance optimization
- Familiarity with networking concepts and infrastructure
- Experience working in a corporate or enterprise IT environment
- IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Linux/UNIX certifications)

The base pay for this position is $50,700.00 – $101,300.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
