About the Role

Job Title: System Administrator I    

FLSA Status: Exempt

Department: Enterprise Infrastructure Services

Hours of Operation:  Monday – Friday 45 hours a week

                       

General Job Summary:

Plan, implement, monitor and maintain the Bank’s Server and Storage infrastructure

Organizational Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supports the mission, vision, and philosophy of the Bank.  Complies willingly with all organizational policies and procedures.
  • Supports all functions that maintain compliance with regulatory agencies

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems
  • Participate in annual disaster recovery test
  • Collaborate with senior administrators to optimize system performance
  • Support for Desktop Team with issue resolution
  • Participation in the on-call rotation
  • After hours support and administration
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Working Conditions:

Works in office and data center, occasional travel to remote locations

 

Minimum Job Requirements:

Education: Associates or Bachelors in computer science or related field preferred.  Relevant work experience may be substituted.

Experience: 1-5 years supporting a corporate IT infrastructure in the role of Systems Administrator.
