Full job details

As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure. You will work closely with our IT team to ensure the smooth operation of our technology systems and provide technical support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues

- Perform regular backups and ensure data integrity

- Manage user accounts and permissions

- Install and update software and operating systems

- Provide technical support to staff for hardware and software issues

- Maintain inventory of hardware and software and order supplies as needed

- Develop and maintain documentation of system configurations and procedures

- Collaborate with IT team to implement new technology solutions

- Ensure compliance with security protocols and policies

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and make recommendations for improvements

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role

- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems

- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)

- Knowledge of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls

- Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is a plus
