About the Role

We are seeking a System Administrator who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in keeping our core technology systems running smoothly, securely, and efficiently across our dealership network.

You’ll work with modern tools and platforms while supporting day-to-day operations that directly impact our teams and customers.

What You’ll Do

• Support and administer Dealer Management Systems (DMS) critical to dealership operations
• Manage and maintain phone systems and integrations
• Execute smooth and secure employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange, Intune, and endpoint management tools
• Monitor system performance, security tools, and access controls
• Troubleshoot and resolve system incidents and service requests
• Maintain clear and accurate system documentation
• Assist with compliance, audit readiness, and security initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Experience supporting IT systems in a multi-location or fast-paced environment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Exchange, Intune)
• Ability to manage priorities and respond to time-sensitive issues
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• Commitment to security, reliability, and continuous improvement
