Location: Newport, RI
Clearance required: SECRET
Scope of Work: Provides network system administration for classified and unclassified networks, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting network applications, monitoring tools, servers, and appliances.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot network applications, software, and monitoring tools
Administer network management servers and network appliances
Maintain system databases, network diagrams, topology maps, and HBSS databases
Generate maintenance reports and track database changes
Qualifications:
Minimum education, years of experience, and skills in accordance with the NUWCDIVNPT labor category description for this position and level.
Network system administration skills
Personnel supporting the classified and unclassified network infrastructure must hold the certifications required to support the systems in accordance with SECNAV M-5239.2
