Collaborate with the Digital team on software deployments and integrations.
Assist the IT Director in executing corporate-wide technology initiatives and infrastructure upgrades.
Triage & Communication:
Diagnose complex technical issues and recommend long-term fixes.
Maintain a professional, helpful demeanor when assisting staff under stressful technical circumstances.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 2–5 years in Information Technology (we are willing to train the right candidate on our specific software stack).
Technical Foundation:
Solid understanding of MS Windows, Linux, and VMWare.
Familiarity with networking fundamentals (DHCP, DNS, Firewalls).
The "Plus" List (Experience here is a major advantage):
Exposure to Acumatica or similar ERP systems.
Basic knowledge of Google Cloud (GCP) or AWS.
Experience with RMM tools (NinjaOne) or EDR platforms (SentinelOne).
Soft Skills: Outstanding diagnostic skills, a self-directed work ethic, and strong verbal/written communication.
