Sr. IT Engineer – MIS, PMO
Key Areas of Responsibilities
• Participate in the operation and development of business-critical applications, including VDI, Groupware, ERP, Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket, and other enterprise tools that support business operations.
• Manage and enhance internally developed applications to ensure seamless functionality and alignment with business needs.
• Collaborate with headquarters and local partners to align IT operations with business goals and regional needs.
• Identify and implement proactive solutions to address operational challenges and improve system performance.
• Recommend, deploy, and maintain IT applications that meet the evolving needs of various departments.
• Provide technical support and leadership to ensure the successful delivery of IT initiatives within the organization
• 24/7 MIS system support for any IT related urgent issues.
Skill and Qualifications:
• Develop and maintain secondary software for environmental data gathering and Assembly IT reports.
• Excellency and proficiency in Project Management and Agile Methodology.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT field, demonstrating a solid track record in managing IT systems and solutions.
• Strong understanding of cloud systems and their application in modern business environments.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise applications such as VDI, Groupware, ERP, Confluence, Jira, and Bitbucket.
• Proficiency in programming and development using languages such as HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap, MS Server, Oracle, SQL, and other relevant technologies.
• Ability to contribute to the development and operation of business applications within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
• 7+ years or more of hands-on experience in the manufacturing industry
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with headquarters and local partners.
• Exceptional time management, punctuality, and dedication to meeting deadlines.
• Proactive and self-motivated approach to problem-solving and implementing IT solutions.
• Familiarity with the unique challenges and requirements of IT operations in a manufacturing or industrial environment
