POSITION SUMMARY
The IT ERP – Supply Chain & Manufacturing Specialist is responsible for supporting, optimizing, and maintaining ERP systems and manufacturing-related business applications within a lithium battery separator manufacturing environment. This role serves as the primary functional and technical resource for supply chain, manufacturing, inventory, warehouse, and order management processes within the ERP system.
The position supports critical operational functions including MRP, planning, purchasing, procurement, customer order management, warehouse operations, barcode and scanner technologies, EDI integrations, item management, and business analytics. The ideal candidate will possess strong ERP knowledge, manufacturing systems experience, and the ability to partner cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
ERP System Administration & Support
- Support implementation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of NetSuite ERP systems.
- Serve as functional support resource for supply chain and manufacturing ERP modules.
- Troubleshoot ERP issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams and external vendors.
- Maintain ERP master data, workflows, item records, user access, and system configurations.
- Support ERP upgrades, integrations, testing, and system enhancements.
Supply Chain & Manufacturing Systems
- Support and maintain ERP functionality related to:
- MRP (Material Requirements Planning)

Warehouse & Inventory Support
- Support warehouse systems, scanning technologies, and barcode processes.
- Assist with inventory management, cycle counts, and transaction accuracy.
- Support warehouse optimization initiatives and material flow improvements.
- Troubleshoot operational system issues impacting inventory or warehouse operations.
Order Management & Customer Support
- Support customer order processing and ERP transaction workflows.
- Assist with EDI transactions, integrations, and customer system connectivity.
- Support customer service teams with ERP-related order management issues.
- Ensure accurate and timely system processing of customer orders and shipments.
Analytics & Reporting
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics using:
- NetSuite SuiteAnalytics

- Analyze operational and supply chain data to support business decisions.
- Create KPI dashboards and automated reporting solutions.
- Support leadership with operational reporting and data visualization.
Project Management & Continuous Improvement
- Participate in ERP implementation and operational optimization projects.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
- Assist with SOP development, documentation, and user training.
- Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
User Support & Training
- Provide ERP user support and troubleshooting assistance.
- Conduct end-user training related to ERP systems and operational processes.
- Develop training materials and process documentation.
- Support departments with system adoption and best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Equivalent ERP implementation or manufacturing systems experience may be considered.
Experience
- 3–7 years of ERP systems experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.
- Experience with NetSuite ERP implementation and support strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting supply chain, MRP, planning, procurement, inventory, warehouse, and manufacturing operations required.
- Experience with barcode systems, scanners, EDI, SuiteAnalytics, and reporting tools preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
