About the Role We’re looking for a Regional IT Support Lead to join our growing team, based on-site at our Gonzales, Louisiana office. In this role, you’ll be the go-to IT expert for regional support across our Louisiana, Florida, and Georgia locations. You’ll work directly with our field service teams and local office staff to deliver high-quality technical support and ensure the smooth operation of our systems, infrastructure, and cloud services. You’ll support an industrial services company that operates 24/7, meaning some off-hours or weekend support may be needed. You will participate in an on-call rotation schedule for off hours and weekends. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on IT professional with solid troubleshooting skills and experience supporting cloud platforms, who’s ready to step into a lead role without needing prior management experience.   What You’ll Do   🖥️ IT Support & Operations • Serve as the primary IT contact for offices in Louisiana, Florida, and Georgia • Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 1 & 2 support issues including hardware, software, and printing • Coordinate with centralized IT teams for escalations or larger initiatives 🛬️ User Onboarding & Access Management • Set up and configure new user accounts in Active Directory and Azure AD • Deploy laptops, peripherals, and phones for new hires • Standardize and track onboarding processes 🗒️ Asset Management & Inventory Oversight • Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and collaborate with corporate IT to proactively order new equipment and replenish stock to prevent downtime due to out-of-stock items • Track hardware lifecycle and ensure compliance with internal policies • Monitor and track local IT inventory across all regional offices to ensure adequate supply levels ☀️ Cloud Services & Systems Support • Support Azure Universal Print configuration and troubleshooting • Assist with Microsoft 365 applications and SharePoint management • Monitor and adjust Conditional Access policies in Azure AD as needed 🤝 Collaboration & Travel • Coordinate with the corporate IT team and contribute to regional projects • Perform occasional travel to regional offices for system support and upgrades QualificationsQualifications and Skills 3+ years of IT support or help desk experience (Tier 1 or Tier 2 level) Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows, Azure AD, and Universal Print Working knowledge of SharePoint administration Familiarity with Conditional Access policies in Azure AD NetSuite familiarity is a plus Able to work independently and manage tasks across multiple locations Willingness to be flexible with work hours in a 24/7 operational environment   Physical Requirements Ability to use a keyboard, mouse, and various office equipment (such as printers, phones, and fax machines) to complete assigned duties. Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a desk or computer. Adequate vision (with or without correction) to read documents, emails, and work on a computer screen. Sufficient hearing to engage in conversations and participate in phone calls and meetings. Occasionally lift and carry files or office supplies up to 25 pounds. Occasional walking, standing, and bending to perform tasks, access files, or attend meetings. Ability to work in a typical office setting with moderate noise levels, varying temperatures, and exposure to computers. Work Environment The work environment is primarily office-based, requiring employees to perform tasks while seated at a desk for extended periods. Daily responsibilities include using a computer, handling documents, and engaging in virtual or in-person meetings. The atmosphere is quiet and professional, with opportunities for collaboration in designated spaces. Employees should be comfortable with prolonged focus on detailed tasks and occasional light physical activity, such as retrieving office supplies or attending in-office meetings.
