Help Desk functions using IT ticket system
IT inventory tracking
Hardware and printer maintenance
Configuration and installation of new hardware
Minimal travel to store locations
Develop and maintain cooperative working relationships
Some physical requirements such as lifting, carrying, standing
Any other duties assigned by management necessary to fulfill the companys needs.Qualifications: Requirements:
Prior Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred
Google Workspace experience required
Ability to communicate both verbal and written
Must be 18 years of age or older
Legally eligible to work in the United States
Valid Driver's License
Successfully pass drug screen, background and motor vehicle records check
