Job Duties and Responsibilities
User Support:
- Windows 11 troubleshooting
- Laptop setup and deployment
- Docking station and monitor support
- Password resets and MFA assistance
- Microsoft Office application support (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- OneDrive synchronization and file access troubleshooting
- Basic Microsoft 365 license assignment and removal assistance
- Printer and scanner troubleshooting
- Teams and Outlook troubleshooting
- Employee support for company-approved applications and mobile devices
- Troubleshooting work-related application issues including login, connectivity, printing, and Synchronization problems
- Mobile device email and work application configuration (iOS/Android)
Device Management:
- Intune enrollment assistance
- Device inventory and asset tracking
- Equipment set-up and replacement
- Asset tagging and documentation
- Peripheral installs and troubleshooting
- Inventory organization and lifecycle tracking
Site Support:
- Wi-Fi troubleshooting
- Basic network connectivity checks
- Conference room setup and support
- SIP phone troubleshooting and deployment
- Basic camera system troubleshooting
- Basic door access hardware troubleshooting
- Coordination with vendors for physical security systems
- Physical device inspections and replacement assistance
Operational Support:
- User onboarding preparation
- User offboarding preparation
- Documentation updates
- Ticket follow-up
- Vendor coordination assistance
- Physical installs, moves, adds, and changes
- Equipment recovery and reassignment during offboarding
Other Duties
- Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the position.
Education and Experience
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field is a plus, but not required
- 1-3 years professional IT support experience
- Industry certifications are a plus but not required
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Windows 10/11 troubleshooting
- Basic networking knowledge
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to travel between locations
- Ability to lift and install computer equipment
- Ability to work independently and prioritize operational tasks
- Confidentiality and professionalism
Preferred but not required:
- Microsoft 365 familiarity
- Intune exposure
- Printer troubleshooting experience
- Healthcare IT exposure
- Entra ID familiarity
- Basic applications PowerShell knowledge
- Experience supporting mobile devices and cloud-based
