Overview
As an IT Support Technician, you will play a key role in supporting the organization's day-to-day technology operations. This hands-on opportunity is designed for someone eager to learn, grow their technical skills, and gain real-world experience in a dynamic hospitality environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
May include, but not limited to:
Provide first-level technical support to end users across the organization, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Assist with the setup, configuration, maintenance, and repair of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and other technology equipment
Support user account provisioning, access management, and basic system administration tasks
Help maintain accurate inventory of IT assets, including receiving, tracking, and decommissioning equipment
Document technical procedures, solutions, and system information to support knowledge sharing and team efficiency
Assist with deployment of new devices and technology solutions across departments
Travel between all GHG properties as needed to provide on-site support
Collaborate with the IT team on ongoing projects and continuous improvement initiatives
What You Need for this Position
Currently enrolled in a Computer Information Systems (CIS) or related college-level program
Strong interest in IT support, troubleshooting, and end-user experience
Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, and general PC hardware
Familiarity with mobile devices (iOS/Android) and common workplace technologies is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assist both technical and non-technical users
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute in a team-oriented environment
