We’re looking for an IT Support Technician I to support our Information Systems team in the Omaha office. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for employees across the organization—troubleshooting issues, providing technical support, and helping keep our systems running smoothly. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to IT support requests (phone, email, in-person)
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and application issues
  • Track and resolve tickets in a timely manner
  • Provide technical support to employees across all departments
  • Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of devices and systems
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with users
  • Participate in rotating on-call support
  • Support additional IT projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
    OR High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years of relevant experience 
  • 1+ year of IT Help Desk or technical support experience
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills

Physical Requirements

  • Frequent sitting, computer use, and communication
