Description
As an IT Support Specialist you are responsible for supporting company technology systems, troubleshooting hardware and
software issues, and assisting employees with day-to-day technical support. This role works closely with leadership,
store teams, and vendors to ensure technology systems remain operational and efficient.
What You'll Do as a IT Support Specialist:
- Provide technical support for store and corporate team members
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, internet, and network issues
- Assist with setup and maintenance of computers, printers, POS systems, and mobile devices
- Support company email systems, passwords, and user access management
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers
- Assist with system updates, software installations, and equipment maintenance
- Monitor and help maintain company security and data protection practices
- Support onboarding and setup for new employees and locations
- Document technical issues and resolutions
- Travel to store locations as needed for support and installations
What We're Looking For:
- Previous IT support or technical experience preferred
- Basic understanding of networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and POS systems is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, and lift equipment as needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
