Why You'll Love this Role
Be the person everyone is glad to see walk in. As our IT Support Specialist, you'll bring strong technical skills and a genuine service mindset to a hands-on, highly visible role supporting associates and executives in our corporate office. When technology isn't cooperating, you're the one people turn to. One moment you might be fixing a laptop or untangling a Microsoft 365 issue. The next, you're getting an executive ready for a big meeting or bringing a conference room back to life.
What You'll Do
- Be our on-site go-to: serve as a primary IT support resource for the corporate office and resolve tickets in ServiceNow
- Solve everyday tech issues: Windows laptops, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, printers and connectivity, plus access, MFA and Microsoft Entra ID issues
- Support our leaders: deliver professional, patient, high-touch support to executives and senior leaders
- Power great meetings: keep conference rooms running, including Teams, displays, cameras and microphones, and have technology ready for important presentations
- Fix it fast: use tools like Datto RMM to diagnose endpoint issues, and prepare or replace a laptop on short notice when needed
- Team up: work with our Managed Service Provider and other IT resources on escalations, and document solutions in knowledge articles
- Make tomorrow easier: fix root causes instead of repeating the same fix, and look for ways to use AI, scripting or automation
Required Experience
- 2–3+ years of corporate desktop, deskside, help desk or end-user IT support experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills in a Windows and Microsoft 365 environment, with working knowledge of Entra ID, authentication and MFA
- Experience troubleshooting laptops, peripherals, printers and conference-room technology
- Experience with a ticketing or service management platform, and with remote support or monitoring and management tools
- Basic networking knowledge, including Wi-Fi, DNS and DHCP
Nice to Have
- Experience with ServiceNow and Datto RMM
- Experience with PowerShell, Power Automate or other scripting and automation tools
- Experience using AI tools for troubleshooting, research or documentation (strongly preferred)

How You Work
- Genuinely enjoy helping people, and stay patient and approachable with anyone who isn't comfortable with technology
- Explain technical issues clearly, without unnecessary jargon, and are polished with executives
- Take ownership and initiative, and follow problems through to resolution
- Think creatively, stay organized and know when to ask for help or escalate
Grow With Us: AI, Automation & Learning
- Technology support is changing quickly, and we want someone excited to change with it. You don't need to be a developer or an automation expert. If you run into the same manual task again and again, we'd love for you to wonder whether there's a better way. Curiosity, problem-solving and a willingness to learn matter most.
What Success Looks Like
- Success isn't measured by tickets closed. It's measured by whether technology gets easier for the people you support. For example:
- You notice a conference room keeps having the same problem and fix the root cause
- You spot a recurring request and create documentation or automate part of it
- You see an executive preparing for an important meeting and have the technology ready before they ask
Education & Work Environment
- No degree required with equivalent hands-on experience, and Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL or ServiceNow certifications are a plus
- Primarily on-site in our Dallas/Fort Worth corporate office, 5 days per week, with regular executive interaction
- Occasional equipment moves and installs, and occasional after-hours support for key events or urgent issues
