Role Title: IT Support Engineer – Executive & Workplace Technology

Location: Coppell, Texas, USA (Dallas–Fort Worth Metro Area) | Onsite, 5 days per week

The Role:

Brillio is seeking a highly motivated, hands-on IT Support Engineer to provide onsite technology support for our Coppell corporate office, including dedicated support for the CEO, executive leadership, conference rooms, and workplace technology environment. This individual will serve as a key onsite IT resource and will independently troubleshoot and resolve a broad range of technology issues while coordinating with global IT, Cloud, and Security teams as needed.

This is a highly visible role requiring someone who is responsive, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced executive environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can take ownership of issues from identification through resolution, communicate confidently with senior stakeholders, and quickly shift priorities as business needs change.

The role will primarily focus on onsite IT infrastructure, executive support, networking, AV and conferencing technology, endpoint management, and Microsoft 365, with additional exposure to Azure cloud services, automation, and AI-enabled workplace technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-touch, responsive IT support for the CEO, executive leadership, and other VIP users.
• Serve as a primary onsite IT resource for the Coppell corporate office and provide support to other U.S. locations as needed.
• Troubleshoot laptops, mobile devices, desktops, printers, peripherals, applications, connectivity, and collaboration platforms.
• Ensure executive offices, conference rooms, AV equipment, video conferencing systems, displays, and meeting spaces are fully operational and prepared for business needs.
• Support executive meetings, board meetings, town halls, customer visits, presentations, and video conferences.
• Manage computer and device setup, deployment, replacement, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Support office networking and connectivity, including Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and local network troubleshooting.
• Support Microsoft 365 technologies, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Intune, and Entra ID (Azure AD), as well as endpoint management and device compliance.
• Provide operational support for Azure cloud and infrastructure environments, including Virtual Machines, networking, storage, monitoring, Log Analytics, and resource management.
• Support adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, and other AI-enabled productivity tools, and identify opportunities to automate repetitive workplace and IT support processes.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within established SLAs, taking ownership through resolution and communicating status clearly to stakeholders.
• Maintain asset inventory, hardware lifecycle information, runbooks, technical documentation, and knowledge articles.
• Partner with remote engineering, infrastructure, cloud, security, and Digital Workplace teams when escalation or specialized expertise is required.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, confidentiality, urgency, and responsiveness when supporting executive stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For:

• 5–8 years of experience in IT support, workplace technology, infrastructure support, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience supporting executives, senior leadership, or VIP users.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, networking, AV, conferencing, and endpoint technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Intune, and Entra ID.
• Experience with endpoint management, device compliance, Active Directory, and Mobile Device Management.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi.
• Familiarity with Azure infrastructure services, networking, monitoring, ServiceNow, endpoint security tools, and PowerShell.
• Exposure to Microsoft 365 Copilot, Generative AI, Power Automate, or similar workplace automation technologies is preferred.
• Ability to independently prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in a fast-moving environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft Endpoint Administrator certifications are a plus.
