About the Role
IT Support Specialist
Are you someone who enjoys solving problems, helping people, and working hands‑on with technology? Saint Joseph’s Center is looking for an IT Support Specialist. This position plays a key role in delivering reliable, high‑quality technical support across the organization. In this role, you’ll handle a wide variety of day‑to‑day IT tasks—from supporting end‑users and deploying devices to managing onboarding/offboarding and assisting with Microsoft 365 administration.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver responsive frontline technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems, resolving common authentication, printing, email, and Microsoft 365 issues.
- Prepare, deploy, and maintain end‑user devices, including software installation, data transfers, and support for hardware refresh cycles.
- Execute onboarding and offboarding processes, managing user access, equipment preparation and recovery, and completing all checklist‑driven tasks.
- Perform routine Microsoft 365 administration, including licenses, access changes, distribution lists, and basic application support.
- Support operational maintenance workflows, including reviewing system alerts, and assisting with patching.
- Provide network, asset, and vendor support, including basic connectivity troubleshooting, equipment installations, asset tracking, and coordination of vendor activities.

What’s Required of You
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in IT support or a related technical field (internships and relevant coursework considered)
- Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License
- Exposure to domain-based or cloud-based user environments preferred.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts such as Wi-Fi and wired connectivity preferred
- Experience using a ticketing system preferred
