Job Title: IT Support / Help Desk Analyst  (Onsite)

Location : Tucker, GA

We are looking for an IT Support professional to provide technical assistance to end users and ensure smooth system operations. The role involves troubleshooting hardware/software issues, supporting applications, installing/upgrading systems, and assisting users with day-to-day technical needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to users (phone & in-person)
• Troubleshoot system and application issues
• Install and upgrade software
• Assist with system maintenance and operations
• Support users and provide basic training

Requirements:

• 6+ months of IT support, help desk, or related experience
• Basic knowledge of system/network support or application troubleshooting
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
