This position is responsible for providing timely user support, managing IT equipment, and ensuring the stable operation of IT services across all company locations.

Our U.S. office is seeking professionals with the ambition not only to build innovative products but also to help shape the world of the future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-user support for Windows and macOS environments, including account access, VPN, RDP, printers, and Microsoft 365 services.

  • Install, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, and peripheral devices.

  • Participate in employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including provisioning accounts, equipment, and system access.

  • Maintain the IT asset inventory, equipment database, and technical documentation.

  • Perform basic troubleshooting and diagnostics of hardware and software issues, escalating complex incidents when necessary.

  • Support the day-to-day operation and maintenance of IT services across the organization.


Required Skills and Experience

Technical Skills

  • Experience working with Windows 11 and macOS, including installation, configuration, and basic troubleshooting.

  • Understanding of Active Directory administration, including user account creation and deactivation, security groups, and access policies.

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory).

  • Experience with VPN client configuration and support.

  • Knowledge of network printer configuration, driver installation, and print queue management.

  • Experience installing and supporting end-user hardware, including laptops, monitors, docking stations, and peripherals.

  • Basic diagnostic skills for identifying and resolving hardware and software issues.

  • Understanding of IT asset management processes, including inventory control, asset tracking, and database maintenance.

  • Basic understanding of networking concepts and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.

Soft Skills

  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

  • High attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and reliability.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adhere to SLA requirements for incident resolution.

  • Willingness to learn, grow, and develop within the field of IT support and system administration.
