Full job details

The incumbent will provide day-to-day IT technical support for computers, communication devices, software, user accounts and related business technology.


Responsibilities

  • Purchases, configures, maintains, tracks, and provides user support for technology assets, including but not limited to computers and peripherals, tablets, cell phones, desk phones, printers, software, licenses, and equipment assignments.
  • Installs and configures standard and approved special-request software.
  • Provides user support and troubleshooting for approved business software.
  • Maintains security training software and assists with user enrollment, tracking, and reporting.
  • Sets up and maintains user profiles, group mailing lists, and security groups in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra
  • Provides user support for conference room technology, printers and other approved hardware.
  • Provides IT helpdesk troubleshooting and support and manages tickets in a timely manner.
  • Serves as a liaison with IT Consultants


Education and Experience    

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or at least four years of experience working in an IT environment.
  • Microsoft administration certificate preferred.


Knowledge and Skills 

  • Familiarity with Microsoft networks, SQL, Azure, backup solutions, and virus protection packages.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve networking issues.
  • Ability to set up and troubleshoot IT equipment.

Hourly range: $29.04 - 36.30 depending on experience
