Position Overview:
The Information Technology Manager is accountable for the end-to-end technical delivery of all IT systems and solutions at 1440 Foods, owning the full lifecycle from requirements through deployment, ongoing operations, and continuous improvement across infrastructure, ERP, cybersecurity, and enterprise integrations.
Reporting to the Director of Information Technology, this role combines deep technical execution with cross-functional coordination. The IT Manager ensures that all technology platforms are stable, performant, and aligned to business needs, working closely with internal teams, managed service providers, and technology vendors to drive quality outcomes.
This is a hands-on delivery role requiring both architectural breadth and operational depth, with accountability for system availability, solution quality, and IT service performance across the organization.
If you are a technically strong, delivery-oriented IT leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys owning systems end-to-end, we’d love to talk to you.
Job Responsibilities:
IT Delivery & Program Execution:

- Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning ERP (NetSuite), WMS, EDI, Planning (Atlas/John Galt), Power BI, and enterprise integrations
Infrastructure & Operations:
- Oversee IT infrastructure across corporate, data center, and plant environments, ensuring availability, performance, capacity, and disaster recovery readiness
- Maintain network architecture and OT/IT segmentation at manufacturing sites in alignment with Purdue Model best practices and security standards
- Manage backup and business continuity plans across all critical systems; lead incident response for infrastructure-related outages and P1/P2 events
- Drive proactive monitoring and alerting practices to minimize unplanned downtime
Cybersecurity:
- Own the organization’s cybersecurity posture end-to-end, managing tools across detection, prevention, and response functions
- Lead vulnerability management programs, including scanning, remediation prioritization, and closure tracking across endpoints, networks, and applications
- Ensure OT/IT security controls at manufacturing sites are maintained and regularly reviewed
- Respond to and manage security incidents; conduct post-incident reviews and implement corrective actions
ERP, Business Applications & Integrations:
- Serve as the primary technical owner for NetSuite ERP, governing configuration, customizations, integrations, role/permission management, and release quality
- Manage the ERP change pipeline in partnership with external partners and internal stakeholders; track and prioritize change requests, defects, and enhancements
- Oversee all enterprise integration points (EDI, SFTP, middleware) across supply chain, planning, and commercial partners
- Lead requirements gathering and solution design with business users; produce functional specifications, test plans, and user acceptance documentation
- Drive adoption of AI and automation capabilities across IT and business operations
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years of progressive IT experience with demonstrated accountability for technology delivery, operations, and system quality
- Background in consumer goods, food & beverage, or manufacturing environments strongly preferred
