Join our Corporate Information Technology team as an I.T. Help Desk Technician and play a vital role in delivering exceptional technical support across the organization. In this customer-focused position, you will serve as the first point of contact for end users, troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, printer, and system-related issues while ensuring timely resolution or escalation. You'll assist with technology projects, maintain IT inventory and equipment, document solutions, and help create a positive technology experience for employees and guests alike.
The ideal candidate is a problem solver with strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and experience supporting Microsoft-based environments. A high school diploma or GED is required, while IT certifications (A+, Network+) and experience with virtualization, Cisco, Linux, or help desk environments are preferred. This role offers the opportunity to expand your technical expertise, collaborate with a supportive team, and contribute to the continuous improvement of IT services in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Must be able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, maintain a valid New Mexico driver’s license, obtain a gaming license, and pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
