WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Our IT HelpDesk Technicians eagerly assist employees with basic computer maintenance issues and problems, perform a variety of standard maintenance activities software installations and support items to ensure employee technology meets company standards and requirements.
Location, Schedule Availability & Salary Information
- 5167 Adams Avenue South Ogden, Utah
- Hours range Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM, rotating Saturdays 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- $24.50 per hour + Bonus + Incentive
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Receive and prioritize calls and e-mails from users.
- Assign task appropriate trouble tickets and ensures that all problems are tracked, measured, resolved and verified.
- Provide first-line support by answering technical questions and providing solutions to problems.
- Complete hardware and software installation.
- Maintains, upgrades and repairs credit union PC’s and peripheral equipment for all systems.
- Provide consistent member follow-up.
- Comply with all regulations as required by law.
Experience, Education & Certification
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree, or pursuing Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
