The IT Administrator partners with the IT Manager to support and maintain the company’s technology systems, devices, and applications. This role is responsible for ensuring a reliable, secure, and efficient IT environment through system administration, user support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of processes.
Location: 1300 S Lynndale Drive, Appleton, WI
Hours: 8:00AM-4:00PM, Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:
Assist in new user onboarding, transfers, and terminations (accounts, access, and equipment)
Configure, assign, manage, and troubleshoot company devices and equipment
Support and maintain business systems, applications, and processes; recommend improvements when applicable
Manage and maintain timely resolution of help desk ticket requests
Administer Microsoft 365 environment, including user accounts and access
Manage CRM users, permissions, and system access
Manage user roles and permissions across company programs and platforms
Help maintain data security, access control, and data accuracy
Maintain and track IT equipment inventory and asset records
Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and training as needed

QualificationsRequirements:
At least 6 months of experience in an IT Administrator or similar role
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel), with at least 1 year of professional experience using these applications
Proficiency with Windows-based PCs and operating systems, including at least 1 year of professional experience
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, including basic support for Windows devices and common system issues,
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
Reliable transportation
Ability to maintain consistent and dedicated working hours onsite
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
Ability to work at a computer for extended periods
