· Familiarity with PowerShell for basic troubleshooting and automation; willingness to develop
scripting skills.
· Familiarity with endpoint management or patching

· Familiarity with hardware lifecycle work,
including imaging, workstation deployment, peripheral troubleshooting, asset

· Experience in a regulated, audited, or otherwise
controlled environment is a strong plus.
· Financial services experience - particularly
Bloomberg terminal support - is a plus.
· Any related certification is a plus.
What we’re looking for:
· Team player, self-starter, detail-oriented, with
strong organizational skills and a professional demeanor.
· Good communication skills and a genuine
eagerness to help people.
· Discretion in handling confidential information
— this role has access to sensitive company and employee data.
· Comfortable working a queue: consistent
follow-through on many small requests, not one project at a time.
