Seeking a highly motivated and driven Help Desk Specialist to work Onsite supporting enterprise IT for our War-fighter customer who upholds America's status as the "Land of the Free" every day, at work, or at play.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide help desk and customer service support to users

  • Promulgate changes and information to users

  • Create NMCI NIPR and SIPR accounts and oversee the Move/Add/Change process

  • Provide support to NMCI, documenting and tracking seat orders, and delivery of statuses

  • Conduct and monitor IT inventory

  • Provide financial reporting to division management

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Office 365, NMCI or equivalent, .NET and SRM systems

  • Experience supporting NMCI to include documenting and tracking seat orders, delivery status, promulgating changes and information to users, customer support, financial reporting to division management, account creations, and oversight of move and add change process

  • Experience with beginner-level Microsoft Operating System training

CERTIFICATION (only one required)

  • CompTIA Sec+

  • CompTIA A+ CE

  • CompTIA Network+ CE

  • CND

  • CCNA

  • SSCP

SECURITY CLEARANCE

  • Active Top Secret Security Clearance

COMPENSATION

The likely salary range for this position is $65,500 - $90,500 annually. This is not, however, a guarantee of total compensation or salary or any other compensation offered. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. Rollout Systems offers a variety of benefits including health insurance with domestic partner coverage, company-funded health savings account and life and disability insurances, 401(k) matching, 401(k) profit-sharing, education assistance, paid time off, and paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, location, and schedule type.
