Under the direction of the department manager, the Test Engineer intern will support department functions as directed. In addition, the successful individual will support departmental projects and special assignments as directed by the department manager or more senior peers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Assists and provides support to department team members on projects as directed.

  • Collaborates with department team members to complete assigned tasks and functions.

  • Manages correspondence and communicating effectively with team members and peers.

  • Networks and professional development with other departments and company personnel.

  • Attends and participates in team meetings.

  • Develops and enhances skills and knowledge of the industry through shadowing.

Education/Experience:

  • Must be enrolled in a 4-year program pursuing a bachelor's degree. 

  • Must have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA. Must be at least a sophomore or second year student in the degree program being pursued.

  • Must be a team player and have a high level of integrity. Most possess strong attention to detail and the ability to problem solve.

  • Must possess strong communication skills including written, oral, and analytical skills.

  • Must possess the ability to effectively multitask, problem solve and prioritize.

  • Must possess the ability to self-direct. Must possess the ability to work in fast-paced environment, with effective time management. 

Computer Skills:

  • Intermediate computer skills relevant to the department.

  • Must possess advanced working knowledge of Excel and spreadsheet creation.

This role subject to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements and as such, U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident or U.S. Person Status Required.
