System AdministratorSystem Administrator (VMware / Citrix)

abra is hiring an experienced System Administrator to join its Data & AI division.

The role includes managing, maintaining, and optimizing VMware and Citrix-based infrastructures in a multi-user enterprise environment, working closely with internal IT teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain VMware vSphere environments, including ESXi and vCenter
• Deploy and manage VMware clusters and manage resources (CPU, Memory, Storage, HA / DRS)
• Provision, maintain, and troubleshoot virtual machines
• Manage Active Directory environments including Users, Computers, and OU structures
• Create, maintain, and optimize Group Policies (GPO)
• Work with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and manage Citrix Policies
• Manage user profiles in Citrix environments (UPM / FSLogix – advantage)
• Troubleshoot issues at the OS, virtualization, and application levels
• Work with backup and monitoring systems
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors

Requirements

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a System Administrator in enterprise environments
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Citrix
• Strong experience managing VMware environments
• Experience with Group Policy management and complex policy configurations
• Experience working with Windows Server and Windows 10/11
• Familiarity with Linux – advantage
• Experience in DR (Disaster Recovery) environments – advantage
• Understanding of network infrastructure and communication protocols (FW, AP)
• Experience working in enterprise IT environments
