In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our health center’s technology operations, ensuring our staff can deliver on our mission of providing affordable, compassionate care for all. You’ll work closely with the Director of IT and collaborate with staff across the organization to maintain and improve our IT infrastructure. Serve as the primary point of contact for end-user support via service desk, phone, and email Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues with efficiency and professionalism Train and support staff on technologies Provide technical support for Windows workstations/servers, mobile devices (iOS/Android), printers, and peripherals Manage user accounts, access, and permissions (e.g., password resets, role-based access) Document incidents, resolutions, and knowledge base articles, focusing on root cause analysis and prevention Follow established IT processes and procedures to ensure compliance and security Facilitate information security governance, including audits, asset management, MFA, endpoint protection, and patching Why Join Us?
