Senior IT Support Engineer (Endpoint / Site Lead)

Job Description

Senior IT Support Engineer to serve as the primary daytime technical resource in Davidson, NC. This is a hands-on role with a mix of advanced support, endpoint engineering, and onsite leadership supporting both day-to-day operations and ongoing infrastructure/project work. Top Skills:

• Strong experience with Windows endpoint administration, including imaging and provisioning (Autopilot)
• Hands-on experience with software deployment, patching, and endpoint lifecycle management
• Background in asset management and license tracking within ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues across hardware, software, and network layers
• Experience supporting and contributing to infrastructure or site-based technical projects

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Davidson, NC.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
