Microsoft System Administrator

CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD

Location: Fort Belvoir, VA

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8 years of progressively responsible experience in server administration in production environments
• 5 years of experience identifying and analyzing server requirements and planning deployment of new technologies and upgrades
• 5 years of experience applying industry best practices on Windows Server 2016+ (configuration, implementation, security)
• 8 years of experience in Microsoft Windows environments including performance monitoring and system optimization
• 4 years of management experience
• Experience with:
  • Active Directory
  • DNS
  • DHCP
• 3 years of team leadership experience (tasking, prioritization, progress tracking)
• 5 years mentoring junior personnel
• 5 years applying system patches and STIGs
• 4 years using PowerShell or other scripting languages

Certifications / Clearance:

• TS/SCI clearance with SBI
• Ability to attain SI, TK, G, HCS, and NATO Secret clearances

Required Certifications:

• MCSA OR Windows Server 2012/2016 Certification
• DoD 8140.03 IAT Level II / Intermediate certification
