We're seeking a quality professional to drive excellence across our manufacturing operations. What will you do?

  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives to minimize quality risks in manufacturing processes
  • Execute process audits and champion quality culture to strengthen compliance and continuous improvement
  • Oversee change management for new manufacturing lines and process changes with rigorous quality oversight
  • Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to address supplier quality issues and implement solutions

  • Problem Solving — advanced level; resolving complex manufacturing quality issues using structured methodologies

  • PFMEA — advanced level; identifying and mitigating potential failure modes in manufacturing processes
  • Quality in Manufacturing and Distribution — advanced level; ensuring product integrity throughout the production lifecycle
  • Quality Management Systems — advanced level; maintaining and improving QMS frameworks to meet regulatory standards
  • Root Cause Analysis — intermediate level; investigating quality events to prevent recurrence
  • Process Control — intermediate level; monitoring and optimizing manufacturing parameters for consistent quality

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 86,400 - USD 129,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
