This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented QA professional to contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI voice technology used across global markets. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the reliability, functionality, and overall user experience of innovative web-based and audio-driven products. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and support teams to validate new features, identify defects, and maintain high quality standards throughout the development lifecycle. Accountabilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive manual test plans, test cases, and regression suites to ensure strong coverage across core functionalities and edge cases.
  • Perform hands-on manual testing across multiple browsers, devices, and user scenarios to validate new releases, product updates, and bug fixes.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify, reproduce, isolate, and document software defects with clear reproduction steps and supporting evidence.
  • Maintain organized QA documentation, including test reports, release validation summaries, defect logs, and regression testing records.
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to ensure QA involvement throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and customer support teams to prioritize issues based on user impact and business needs.
  • Conduct regression and release validation testing to ensure product stability, reliability, and readiness before deployment.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve QA workflows, testing efficiency, communication processes, and overall product quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in manual quality assurance testing, particularly focused on web-based applications and user-facing products.
  • Strong understanding of QA fundamentals including test planning, exploratory testing, regression testing, defect reporting, and test case design.
  • Experience working within Agile development environments and collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, product, and support teams.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to isolate root causes and communicate findings effectively.
  • Strong written communication skills for documenting defects, test cases, and QA reports clearly and accurately.
  • Familiarity with project management and bug tracking tools such as Jira, Linear, or similar platforms.
  • Experience using browser developer tools for debugging and issue investigation.
  • Nice-to-have experience with accessibility testing, WCAG guidelines, API validation tools such as Postman, or exposure to test automation frameworks.
  • Interest or familiarity with AI technologies, voice products, text-to-speech platforms, or audio-based applications is considered a strong advantage.
