Summary: Dime Commercial Bank (Dime) is currently hiring for an experienced Loan IQ System Administrator at its Headquarters in Hauppauge, Long Island. The Loan IQ Administrator is the operational and technical backbone of our LIQ commercial lending portfolio. The role will manage the end-to-end configuration, servicing, and data integrity of bilateral and syndicated loan facilities. The Loan IQ Administrator will bridge the gap between Operations, Finance, Reporting and Systems to ensure seamless deal processing, compliance, and system optimization.
Salary commensurate with experience, ranging from $120,000 to $150,000 annually. The exact compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, education, training, licensure and certifications, and location.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of loan servicing analysts responsible for agency and non-agency loan servicing activities. Allocate daily tasks, monitor workloads, and ensure adherence to internal controls and deadlines. Mentor and train junior staff on complex loan servicing processes, systems and best in class industry practices.
- Ensure on-going execution with compliance and internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. Identify inefficiencies and implement process enhancements to reduce servicing time and operational risks.
Deal Setup & Maintenance
- Independently set up and maintain highly complex deals in Loan IQ, including borrower/lender structures and tranche and pricing configuration: fees, schedules, and workflow event configurations.
- Accurately translate terms from complex credit agreements into the system’s fee, schedule, and workflow events.
Loan Lifecycle Servicing
- Support all loan lifecycle servicing activities, including deal closings, post-close set-up validation, ongoing interest accruals, and execute and validate drawdowns, rollovers, paydowns, payoffs, and repricing events.
- Process complex amendments, waivers, restructurings, and benchmark rate changes in accordance with legal documentation.
Administrative Agent Duties
- Coordinate lender funding, allocations, and distributions. Ensures accurate lender allocations and notices.
- Reconcile agency and administrative fees, resolving operational breaks or discrepancies efficiently. Escalate, as necessary.
System Administration & Support
- Troubleshoot front-end and back-end issues within the Loan IQ application, managing defects and configuration problems.
- Work alongside Systems, Reporting and Finance to validate Loan IQ Accounting Table setups, General Ledger posting, and data mapping for downstream systems.
- Create, maintain, and execute functional test cases for system upgrades, patches, or target operating model implementations.
- Support Audits, Change Control, Regulatory and Compliance Requests. Define and report on key risk indicators (KRIs) and support development of control frameworks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of progressive experience in commercial lending operations or finance, with a strong emphasis on Loan IQ.
- Comprehensive understanding of syndicated and bilateral loan lifecycles, credit agreements, and agency servicing.
- Hands-on expertise in Loan IQ deal booking, front-to-back workflows, and Loan IQ Accounting / GL Posting functionality.
- Strong ability to read loan documentation, translate constraints into software specifications, and solve complex operational issues.
- Proven track record of working with IT, Operations, Project Management, and Finance.
