Position Summary:
Responsible for all aspects of desktop hardware including the operating systems, security, and disaster recovery for Gun Lake Casino Resort. Responsibilities must be performed in accordance with all company standards, policies, and procedures.

In this Role:
- Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Gun Lake Casino Resort’s 4 Diamond Service Standards at all times.
- Install new and upgrade existing equipment and software as needed.
- Identify underutilized equipment and implement consolidation plans.
- Monitor all systems under the area of responsibility for potential problems and work proactively to find a solution.
- Troubleshoot and support point-of-sale hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot and support Audio/Visual equipment.
- Pand ability to work independently with little supervision.uestsnt, installation and support of local software, vendor relationserform preventative maintenance on printers, computers, and A/V equipment.
- Perform daily audits and health checks of IT casino and hotel operations systems.
- Assist others outside the department regarding troubleshooting techniques for areas of responsibility.
- Mentor other IT team members to foster a collaborative learning environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Essential Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21+ years of age.
- Associate’s Degree in a computer-related field preferred, applicable certifications will also be considered.
- Microsoft MCP certification or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with administration and support of Microsoft Office 2016.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure including Active Directory, SCCM, and Service Manager.
- Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management in both written and verbal form.
- Experience with installation and support of Microsoft Windows 7/10.
- Ability to follow policies and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Work as part of a team to provide support in a timely manner.
- Must be able to obtain a gaming license through the Gun Lake Tribal Gaming Commission.
Physical Requirements:
- Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color, and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols.
- Must be able to sit or stand for the duration of the shift.
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Manual dexterity to operate job-related equipment.
Work Conditions:
Work is typically in an office environment, in the Hotel, or out on the Casino Floor. Work areas may be warm, cold, or noisy and may contain second-hand smoke. Tasks may be required to be performed from a sitting or non-sitting position in a confined area. Team Members may be required to stand, walk, lift, reach, push, pull, and grasp.
