IT Technician, Bridgestone Arena

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a part-time IT Technician to join our team at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee. Delaware North is the concessions and retail partner at Bridgestone Arena dating back to 1996. The multipurpose venue is home to the NHL's Nashville Predators. We manage concession outlets and four clubs, including an exclusive lounge offering an all-inclusive food and beverage experience.

• Provide maintenance and support for desktops, laptops, and end-user support for hardware and software systems
• Assist in implementing solutions at the operating location, ensuring solutions are consistent with the overall IT strategy of Delaware North
• Set up and maintain computer software and hardware, user accounts, and computer configurations for team members
• Actively prioritize and resolve issues and end-user help requests during normal business hours as well as during events
• Record, track, and document successful and unsuccessful actions made through the help desk request problem-solving process

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical support role
• Experience with point-of-sale, property management systems, retail systems, cloud-based computing, network support, and Windows
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and sales skills in a customer service-driven industry
• Team-oriented and able to prioritize job responsibilities
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver license required
• Occasional driving to support nearby locations may be required
