Full job details
Position Responsibilities:
- Support of RBG applications, including but not limited to RAS (Route Accounting & Settlement) software, selling & delivery, routing & dispatch, surveys, Print Shop, Citrix, and iPad solutions for various location(s)
- Support, troubleshoot, and resolve local hardware and network issues related to desktops, laptops, iPads, printers, mobile devices, and A/V equipment
- Manage and maintain end-user assets, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices; oversee procurement, setup, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management
- Work with IT Service Center and other IT groups to support issues with a high degree of responsiveness; provide efficient escalation of issues where appropriate to IT team members
- Provide accurate incident & problem management reporting as required by using IT Service Center ticketing system
- Other projects or duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
- Associate’s Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 3 plus years of specific experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree
