IT Support Technician – Print Services || Richmond, VA || Hybrid || Contract

Job Summary:

We are looking for a customer-focused IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance to end users and support print services. The candidate will troubleshoot printer-related issues, manage support tickets, and provide general IT and Microsoft 365 support.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of IT help desk or technical support experience.

  • Minimum 5 years of Microsoft 365 experience.

  • Experience using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms.

  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Excellent customer service and time management skills.

  • Good understanding of IT systems and end-user support.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience supporting printers, print queues, print servers, or print services environments.

Ideal Candidate: A proactive IT support professional who can troubleshoot technical issues, manage tickets efficiently, and deliver high-quality end-user support.
