Job Details: Job Location: PRIORITY MANAGEMENT GROUP LLC - Dallas, TX, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Shift: Any, Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused IT Support Technician to join our centralized Support Center in Downtown Dallas. In this role, you will be the first line of support for incoming IT issues, working closely with in-house staff, telecom providers, and our internal IT department to ensure prompt issue resolution and system reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming support calls and tickets from staff across 40+ facilities.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Provide phone-based and remote support to both clinical and non-clinical users.
Collaborate with the Telecom team to manage internet, phones, and other connectivity services.
Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions in the helpdesk system.
Assist with onboarding of new staff and setting up user accounts, email, devices, etc.
Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or third-party vendors when necessary.

Qualifications: Qualifications
Experience in an IT support/helpdesk or similar technical support role.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and prioritize tasks.
College degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred – or currently enrolled in a program or holding IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, etc.).
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to work on-site Monday through Friday.
