We’re looking for an IT Technician who’s ready to jump into a dynamic role that blends analytical thinking, hands-on technical work, and user support. What You’ll Do:
- IT Technicians deliver Level 2 triage and onsite support for Systems, Network, and Telecom.
- Plan, install, and maintain personal computer systems—both new and existing.
- Collaborate with end users to assess hardware/software needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Manage and maintain a spare parts inventory for desktops, laptops, and endpoint peripherals.
- Install and update hardware and software across the organization.
- IT Technicians train users on equipment and software to ensure confident, efficient use.
- Work on moderately complex applications and contribute to continuous tech improvement.
What You Bring:

- Experience in desktop support, hardware/software installation, and network fundamentals.
Education:
- Associate’s degree or technical degree in a computer-related field, or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of 2 years in an IT Technician or equivalent role
- Strong orientation toward end-user support, with experience in Windows software and hardware
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, OneDrive, and Teams
- Working knowledge of:
- Microsoft Windows operating systems
- PC-based application software
- Printers, networking, and telecommunications
- Windows system hardware and peripherals
- Skilled in using remote support tools
- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware issues, including component-level troubleshooting and repair
- Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, and weekends as needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional and personable demeanor when interacting with end users
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and dependability
- Ability to manage time effectively and complete tasks promptly
