IT Support Technician I — Entry Level

Location: Kennewick, WA (office-based, occasional client site visits) 

Employment Type: Full-Time 

Compensation: $17.13–$21.63/hour ($35,630–$45,000+/year) 

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

About the Role 

This can start of your technology career. You do not need an IT background — you need curiosity, a great attitude, and the drive to learn. We will teach you the toolsthe systemsand the craft. You will start by helping clients solve everyday tech problems and grow along a documented path: Tier 1 to Tier 2 and up. We invest in people who invest in themselves. 

What You Will Learn to Do 

  • Help clients with everyday IT issues — password resets, software, basic troubleshooting 
  • Set up and support computers, printers, and devices 
  • Document your work clearly so the whole team stays in sync 
  • Learn our monitoring, backup, and ticketing systems 
  • Communicate with clients in a friendly, professional way 
  • Know when and how to escalate bigger issues 

What We Are Looking For (attitude over experience) 

  • A genuine desire to learn and grow in technology 
  • Comfortable around computers and curious about how things work 
  • Friendly, patient, and great with people 
  • Reliable, organized, and follows through 
  • Coachable — takes feedback and runs with it 
  • No IT experience or certifications required. CompTIA A+ or IT Fundamentals is a plus, and we will help you earn certs on the job.
