The IT Support Level 1 provides level one technical support to users experiencing hardware or software issues, assigns support tickets to IT Support, and serves as the primary conduit for Help Desk calls and tickets in a manner that reflects the company's vision of working as “One Professional Team.”

Pay rate:  $23.62 - $34.45 per hour
Pay rate is dependent upon education & experience. 

Essential Functions:

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.

  • Sets up and updates all company iPads
  • Answers Help Desk calls & puts in tickets
  • Addresses any password resets
  • Makes all DBS user changes and additions
  • Tracks all PC assets
  • Tracks all iPad assets
  • Responsible for recycling
  • Responsible for quality control audit of PC’s going out
  • Tracks computer requests and assigns to available technicians
  • Other duties as assigned by manager

Required Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years administrative/clerical experience
  • 3+ years customer service experience

Physical Demands & Competencies:

  • Standing, walking, talking, sitting, use of hands & hearing
  • Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing but may require occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds
  • Data Entry, telephone, reading/writing, reasoning, organizational, communication & math skills
  • Safety & Product Knowledge
  • Customer Service Skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook

Work Environment:

  • Noise: Quiet
  • Indoors
