IT Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our IT systems, as well as providing technical support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, including servers, workstations, and network equipment

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by staff, including hardware, software, and network problems

• Monitor system performance and take proactive measures to ensure optimal performance and availability

• Perform regular backups and ensure data security and integrity

• Manage user accounts and permissions, and provide user support and training as needed

• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our IT systems and processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role

• Strong technical skills in Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office, and network infrastructure

• Experience with server administration, virtualization, and cloud services

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Experience in healthcare or a related field is a plus
